We focus on improving the employability skills of challenging young people such as NEET’s, Offenders, Victims and young people living in challenging environments. Followed by placing them into higher education or work.
Our typical processes follow three themes:
• Engagement – actually going to the young person rather than them coming to you, building up trust and understanding their goals and dreams
• Empowerment – undertaking a life skills audit with the young person and then filling the gaps with training and support to build self confidence. For example communication skills, anger management, conflict resolution
• Opportunity – using our dedicated software and contacts to identify job or education prospects that suit our young people and then supporting them to take advantage of the opportunity
